These guys walk on water as far as I’m concerned! I called 4 places, left messages twice with 2 very popular companies and didn’t get even a call back. The third came out and pumped the tank and gave me a quote $1800 higher. Told me I didn’t need a distribution box without even looking at it. His office said he would quote me a price on a nitrogen system as well but he didn’t know so he told me to call the office which I did. They said they would email me a quote. I never got it. Rowand Septic came out on time, gave me three separate quotes for different options. Pat explained every process, procedure and even what materials they use. I accepted one of his suggestions. His crew showed up on time, were very careful about avoiding trees in my yard. They were fast, efficient and professional. Polite too!
